My mother has 1 elder brother. After her parents expired, her brother has made property papers and forged her signature to sell some properties and stake his claim on some. he also lives in our ancestral home in goa. we learnt about the forgery and sale of properties through some family friends in goa. what can my mother do to stop this blatant cheating ? Properties left behind by my mom's bachelor and spinster uncle and aunties have also been claimed by him.

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY WAS PURCHASED MORE THAN 3 YEARS AGO AND WOULD JUST ATTRACT LONG TERM CAPITAL GAIN TAX IF NOT INVESTED IN ANOTHER RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE TIME SPECIFIED AS PER LAW.
THE PROPERTY WAS ON 2 NAMES AND JUST RECENTLY THIS YEAR THE ONE OF THE PROPERTY HOLDERS TRANSFERRED HIS/HER 50% SHARE AS GIFT. NOW JUST 9 MONTHS HAS PASSED AFTER THE GIFT DEED WAS REGISTERED.
IN CASE WE SELL THIS PROPERTY NOW AND PURCHASE OR NOT PURCHASE A RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY, WILL IT ATTRACT A CAPITAL GAIN TAX, AND IF YES THEN ON THE ENTIRE PROPERTY AMOUNT OR JUST THE 50% GIFT DEED TRANSFERRED AMOUNT,OR NOT AT ALL.
IF YES THEN SHORT OR LONG TERM AND ON WHICH SHARE.

Union of India. Can obscenity in print media so grave to children that it can raise a question on freedom of press.I need some strong points for moot court.

Respected sir, An educated adult person 'A' is suffering from Bipolar spectrum disorder a kind of mental disease, which comes under mental disability. He is jobless and can't take care of himself needs constant care. His parent wish to sell some property, and fix the amount in his('A') name, so that he('A') can manage/lead his life comfortably with the interest of the fixed deposit. Since he can not manage the property. As these persons are vulnerable of various types of cheating. What is the maximum limit of amount that can be deposited? What are the various provisions in laws which protects such persons and their property? Can anyone disposes/occupy his property? Will he get any benefit in Income tax? What are the other benefits that he can get? Thanks.
