Is Leave and License agreement applicable in Uttar Pradesh, Ghaziabad to be precise?

What are different tenancy agrrement are in vogue at Ghaziabad and safe for Landlord?

Yes leave and license is applicable in UP and more precisely in Ghaziabad since the Indian Registration Act is applicable through out India and I am presuming UP also to be an Indian State.

Ghaziabad is part of UP like UP is a part of India and so Leave and License agreement is applicable here also like whole country and all tenancy agreements can be got executed here also which are available in any other part of India.
