Congress does not rule out action against Tharoor New Delhi
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh last night described Shashi Tharoor's comments on economy class travel as a"joke" even as the Congress indicated action against the Minister.
Asked about the controversy surrounding the"cattle class" remarks of the Minister of State for External Affairs regarding the economy class travel by ministers in furtherance of government's austerity measures, Singh told reporters,"it was a joke". As the storm over his remarks gathered momentum, the Congress party appeared to be unimpressed by Tharoor's apology as it did not rule out action against him and virtually approved Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot's statement seeking his resignation.
" Congress party condemns what Tharoor had said.The party will take whatever action is appropriate and necessary at an appropriate time," Party spokesperson Manish Tewari told reporters here as the controversy surrounding his remarks snowballed further.
On Gehlot's demand for resignation of Tharoor, Tewari said,"It is natural Obviously when you have statements like this, there are bound to be reactions." Gehlot had said yesterday that it was unfortunate and unbecoming on Tharoor's part to make such"irresponsible" comments and he should tender his resignation.

Hi, all if there is arbitration clause in the agreement with the builder is the suit for deficincy in service in consumer courts is barred due to this clause, the builders advocate claims that matter should be refferd to arbitration.riven

Hello,
ICICI bank has filed a case against my father for a Vehicle loan. But my sister hasn't signed in any of the documents. The bank has filed a case agaonst my sister for the repay.
When I got the copy of the case I found that my sisters signature is forjeried in all the forms including the application and the details are all wrong.
what can I do now?
Plesae advice.

I got marraied in nov 2007 under muslim law in india. I am working in gulf, my wife is studying in india. From he next day of marriage onwards she and her parents started making problem with me. she only wants my all money. she dont want to come with me in abroad and her father plans is to keep her wid him. Even now she dont want to meet with me.
I went Imayat sharia, they suggested me to file RCR.
I filed RCR, and first hearing is on 6 Oct, 2009.
Please suggest
1. How long RCR will finish.
2. Can she get excuse to not join me due to her study?
3. I am expecting they may file 498a to harras me.
4. Is that court can take my passport, as im working in abroad?
Please suggest.

In case the Company is promoted by Directors and the shareholders do not subscribe to shares. Then can without subscription of the Signatory, the right to subscribe the shares be transferred, i.e. any third party purchase/acquire/transfer shares without the same being subscribed.
