In the colonies develpd by the develpmt. autho. in most of cases No place of temple or Masjid or church etc was left and there were living more than thousands of people in the several places , Now the colony peoples have made temples mostly by the Hindus in the parks of LDA or DDA etc .
By the judgement of HOn. SC as in news will chnage the scene and all the temples will be destructed by the Governments. or there will be some other definition of public places .
IS It violationn of fundamential right of religion in out country ?

No there is no violation of fundamental rights of the citizen in any way if the judgment of SC as referred by you is implemented rather it shall secure the fundamental rights of the citizen to have full use of public places as per aim and objects of public places. Religious places should be erected either on the private place or on the public place exclusively meant for the same.

What the SC meant was in regard to public places. It is not applicable to the religious places constructed in colonies and apartment places, unless some place is set apart for it. No hit for fundamental rights.
