What is the liability of the guarantor in case if the principal fails to repay the loan. Guarantor needs to pay even the interest amount or its only the pricipal amount that has to be repaid to the bank.

wife was pregnent living with her parents after altercation with husband. the unborn child was diagnosed with weak heart beat. Doctor advised abortion. Wife intimated husbands family. no response.wife went ahead for abortion with the signature of her parents. All medical documents suggest it was the right thing to do.Now Husband files for divorce. A Suit was filed consisting of 4 Plaintiff claiming to be joint owners of a property and claiming compensation of arount Rs.20 lakhs from the Defendants. Plaintiff no. 4 was the power of attorney holder of Plaintiff no. 1 to 3. Plaintiff no. 1 died. Plaintiff no. 4 got the name of Plaintiff no. 2 to 3 deleted from the Suit and amended the plaint yet continuing to claim relief of Rs. 20 lakhs. What are the legal implications of these changed circumstances. On decree being passed in favor of Plaintiff no. 4 will he be entitled to the entire Rs. 20 lakhs or would he be entitled for only 1/4th of the claim balance claim of 3/4th being by implication abandoned by other Plaintiffs

Mistake in registration of Caste/Community.
Hello Friends,
Please give me your valuable suggestion for proceeding in amendment of caste/community registration process.
Here is brief detail about problem.
My community/caste registered under "Rathore Khatriya Samaj" in Gujarat.
But actual it is "Hindu Rathore (Teli) Samaj" which comes under OBC define by central government. Due to mistake of senior community members it is registered as "Khatriya Samaj" which comes under Open category. So now i want to modify the registration of my caste/community.
Can here anybody please suggest me a procedure to amend/alter the details and registration of caste/community?
