Provision to Appeal Order of Issue Process

A criminal complaint was filed against several Accused in the Court of J.M.F.C. An order of issue process was passed by the Hon'ble Court.

What options are available to the Accused to appeal this order and what is the period of limitation, if any, to prefer such an Appeal?

Provision to change address of Accused on record

A criminal complaint had been filed against various Accused more than a year and a half back.

The Hon'ble Court passed the order to issue process only a week back.

It has come to our knowledge that one of the Accused has changed his / her address since the time the complaint was filed more than 1 1/2 years ago.

We filed a normal application to change address of this Accused during Summons as well as amend the contact address on record.

The Learned Judge has stated that in the application it is necessary to state under what provisions of CrPC or based on what citations such change of address and amendment of record is being asked.

Kindly provide some references in this regard.

Civil or Criminal case?

We had taken possession of room (bought) in slum by means of Affidavit. A neighboor has broken the separating wall, theft our belongings, and beaten(mere slaped) our care taker, and taken forceful possession of room. The Senior Police Inspector and Deputy Comm. of police replies it is civil matter? Please comment.(also state the IPC which can be applied)

Employement issue

Hello there

Can anyone help me out in the following case:

I gave my resignation letter on 2nd July, 09 from the position of manager in a pvt.co with a willingness to work during the notice period..

The company stopped my payment of salary for the month of June, 09 and told me that the June, 09 salary and the notice period salary shall be paid to you along with your full and final payment..ie. in my case after 2nd sept, 09

My question is can such action of company be held legal?

Can holding of salary for the period of 3 months where the notice period is 2 months allowed...?

Is there any remedy..?

Please guide me

To join mother's name

Sir

There is a question arouse in my city that

A lady do not want to join her husband' name in school admission of her daughter.

There is a serious dispute between the spous.

Problem is that the girl not know who is her father? because whith in a month of her birth her father leaved home and refused to back and also refused to give any maintenance to them.

The lady had filed a pitition under sec 125 of CrPC.

Now please guide me what should the lady do?

If possible Please send me some landmarked Supreme Court Judgements.

Because the teachers are also in darkness regarding the point.

We need judgements regarding to join mother's name in school register instred of father's name behind the child's name.... this is urgent...

Power of attorney

Dear Friends

A immovable property has been purchased in the year 1991 by a registered deed of sale and in the said deed of sale Vendor had been represented by a General Power of Attorney holder and the age of the said GPA during the deed of sale was 58 years and as on today he is no more. Original of the said GPA has been lost and not traceable. Now the then purchaser of the property want to sell the property to intending purchaser and the said purchaser now asking for a original of the said GPA. How to resolve this issue? Is there any rulings on the said subject matter?

account closed/sec 138 NI Act

My account is closed since 2003 but now my partner by mis-using my blank cheques which were in his possession has filed a crl complaint after filling the same himself us 138 of NI Act in this case bank has dishonourned the cheque mentioning that "Account closed" i want to know whether it is covered by NI Act as i have read a recent news/judgment of supreme court last month in news paper that provisions of section 138 are very limited and its covers only two situation when fund is insufficient in a/c of accused and when he exceed his arrangement in bank a/c.
