me & my wife both are wotking. due to problem of Water We install 500 ml water tank at our loft in bathroom.
Society made rule in AGM that water tank is not allowed. And started charging fine every month.
Since both are wotking & water is basic need we dont want to remove the tank & the resolution is passed in AGM what we can do? Whwn we installed water tank there was no such rule.

As per the S. 269 SS, there is restiction on payment AND RECEIPT of cash above Rs. 20,000/-.
In that case, what method shuld be used by a co-op. credit society to make payments or receipts in cash above Rs. 20000/- ?
If a society opens savings a/c of the customer and makes cash payment through the savings account for more than rs. 20,000/-, then whether s. 269 ss attracts ?

THERE WAS ACCIDENT TOOK PLACE IN THIS WAY A PASSANGER RIXA WAS DRIVINIG WITH THE NEGLIGENCE BY MR A AND DUE TO RASH DRIVING IT TURNED DOWN ON THE ROAD AND AFTER THE ANOTHER RIXA CLASHED WITH THE RIXA OF MR.A BECAUSE IT TURNED DOWN I WAS PASSANGER IN THE RIXA OF THE MR A NOW WOULD LIKE TO CLAIME BUT THERE IS NO INSURANCE WHAT I SHOULD DO
