Adoption deed format

My friend who is Hindu intending to adopt a boy aged about 13 years of his friend, but however he has got a real son out of his wed lock, Now I want to Know "whether in survival of real son can my friend adopt a new child", if yes kindly provide me a format of Adoption deed and kindly Instruct me the legal steps to be taken for valid adoption and also stampduty payable for registration of Adoption deed.

applicability of the statutory law

when there is a question of validity and applicability of the provisions in two different statutes which have been inacted in the same year which provision will be prevailed.

Adoption of a (major) person who is son of a friend.

Hi all, My friend who is Hinu wants to adopt a person who is (Major),and son of his friend for the purpose best Known to him, but my friend has got already a son out of his wed lock, now he has got a doubt that whether in survival of real son can he adopt another person, if yes what kind of steps to be taken by him for legally valid adoption.

procedure for sending hand writing verifications

In one case it was ordered by the court to send a document for handwriting verification.since the charge was filed prosecution agreed to take steps under 173(8) of Cr.P.C.What are the procedure for sending it to hand writind expert.The document contains a signsture and a seal.Both has to be examined by the expert.

Production of Relevant Documents as Defendant in a Suit


I would like to ask the Panel of Experts if in a Civil Declaration Suit in Property Claims can the Court pass Orders to prevent the Defendant to produce Relevant Documents like Inventory Documents of Inheritance,etc thereby proving Legal Rights to Suit Property ?

Dear All,

What is the min. age for an employee to be enrolled as an active employeee of an organisation.

Is such age limit differs under factories act and shop & establishment act?

What could be he consequences if an employer(co.) hires a under age employee on contract basis?

My friend filed a crl case uss 499/500/323/506/34 IPC in the court of CJM and CJM forwarded the complaint to local police station for registration of FIR.But now we have to came to know that accused party had given bribe to the investigating officer and police is likely to submit his final report with their finding that accused persons have found innocent during police investigation and allegation made in complaint of my friend are false.I want to know whether court is bound with the findings in the report of police.what is remedy available to me to protest police report and to continue the complaint.
