Recently our case is solved in lok adalat, what is the procedure to redeem money paid to put case in court as case is now solved in lok adalat. One of the rules of lok Adalat is that if case is solved in lok adalat we get back the money paid to civil court. What is the time window within which we should apply for refund of court fees. Is there any fixed time period beyond which we will court case paid fees will not be refunded from the date of award of decree in lok adalat

I had requested court to order, concern police authority to start an inquiry in criminal original petition against offenders and court has issued an order but unfortunately my jurisdiction is different so I have requested my lawyer and he corrected using Criminal Miscellaneous petition and the court has issued an order to concern respondent as amendment, but when i checked with concern police authority they said there's no action point for them in the amendment petition. From police perspective they want me to file a case in Bangalore instead of Chennai, so can you experts suggest whether this order is to register complaint aren't or i need to deal with concern jurisdiction court ?

If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, it is always open to him to protest against such a disposal before the appropriate courts.
3. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.

We stay in a duplex house . We own the first floor and the other party owns the ground floor . The people residing downstairs have blocked our water supply and not allowing us to access the water tank for repairs . What can we do to repair this problem. The police only comes and sees the situation and goes away

I have served in a company for 1 Year and 6 months. After I resigned, I couldn't give 1 Month notice period instead I agreed to deduct amount from my salary as per rule. Now, they are turning dirty and not relieving me, even not giving me , my accepted resignation and not giving me Experience Letter also. I have a snap of Accepted Resignation. Now even after 1 month of my resignation, they sent me letter stating that your name has been struct off from the company. Kindly suggest what I should do.

I live in delhi i have querry related to the will and probate kindly answer me. I live with my father who has other 2 brothers and 2 sisters..we have a property in delhi where we all live except two sisters of my father who are married..my grandmother left a registered will in favour of three brothers including my father. My garndmother died last month and now we wish to get the will probated .we are nlt in good terms with the sisters of my father but there are good relations with the brothers of my father's now can the sisters of my father could be a hinderance of any kind in will getting probated ??? Do we require NOC from them or not please tell...

I work in a bank, and recently I have been approached by a doctor for a loan, to establish his own hospital, he has already completed 80% construction work. My manager is excited to finance him.but the main issue with which I am.concerned is the plot over which the hospital is getting established is residentially diverted. The doctor is adamant that he is not ready to get the commercial diversion right now. In view of above in case we finance him and the loan turns bad I shall be held responsible . I need to know is there any clause or law exists which prevents the use of residential plot for commercial purpose. The state to which i belongs to is Madhya Pradesh.

Once loan is sanctioned, document will be executed i.e. loan documentation date and then disbursement. My query is that whether documentation date(of course on or after sanction date) can be earlier then disbursement date or essentially same as disbursement date. Please quote the source while replying

About land selling
SIr, good evening
(1) My sister was married in the year 2002 she gave birth a baby boy in 2003. In 2006 my parent gave money to my sister for purchase a plot . After agreement of land in 2006 my sister died in the month of june 2006. After death of my sister my brother in law (Jija) purchased that land in the name of my sister's son . After few year my brother in law ( jija) done second marriage . Now he has two son with his second wife. My sister's son always live with us.Present age of my sister's son is 15 years.
(2) Now, my brother in law want to sell that land .
(3) sir my query are-
(A) can he sell that property which is in the name of my sister's son?
(B) what should i do to stop them to sell the land.
(C) please suggest me.
