my father has bought 20 marla land in abadi of village from a old person of village and he constructed a house in it and we are living in it from 1990 without any objection. but we have no proof of this property like sale deed or other documents. my father have two brothers and one sister. there is another property in front of this property which is joint undivided property of my father and his brothers and sister. now one of my father's brother claim in the court that he has share in my father's house . my question is:-
can we won the court case we attach all the proof of possession like address proof, electricity bills etc. but we have no ownership proof of this property. because there is no revenue record of abaadi land in village please suggest

Hello Sir/Mam.my husband is cheating on me for another woman .he does not intend to stay with us and has hinted for divorce .however not made any move as he's waiting for property as I assume. He also hinted manier times that i should give him divorce .I have 3 grown up kids .my son is having medical problem .daughter is marriagable age and i have a younger son .i stay in a house which is in joint names with him .my question is .since it's a old building the building is going for resale ..the other flat owners are vacating ...what do i do ? Is there a approach I can put it forward to builder and what could I propose to builder . for me shelter is more important .I have a fear he may take half the share and then tell us that he does not want to live with us .as he want to get rid of us by taking half of his share .he is playing it smart .please help with your valuable advice

Any grace days given when we find that the purchaser got registered the property and cheque is given for the balance amt he has to pay. Sir, I am going to purchase a plot in Hyderabad, HMDA jurisdiction. The plot was purchased from a Sale agreement cum GPA with possession holder. He has registered the GPA by paying rs 2000/- for property value of Rs 6 lakhs in 2008 mentioned the reason the vendors is unable to execute the sale transaction and get them regd personally due to domestic preoccupations, the purchaser agreed to act in the name of and behalf of the vendors as agent irrevocable and authorising the purchaser to execute the sale deed. Time is not essence of the contract. The GPA holder sold the plot after 9 yrs in 2017 Jun. I also heard about the supreme Court judgement that Sale agreement cum GPA holder con not sell the property. Is this judgement applicable to Telangana state.
Now I request you please advise me whether the purchase of plot is safe enough?? Will be any problem in future??

I have cheated by a girl after having a relationship of 7 years, we had gone with all physical relationship also for all 7 years. Now she refusing me not getting me to contact her.
I am really frustrated going for depression.
As we had promised me she will marry me but at this time She is refusing for that.
She had trust breached of mine.
Can any legal action be taken over it.
As in Indian law it will be in favour of female, Is there any Indian law which can give me justice.

My father passed away with no will. We have two houses. One which has power of attorney on my mother's name (even before my father's death) and me and my wife lives in it and another house which is under construction for which me and my sister have signed for giving the authority to mother after father's death. Now issue is I have love marriage and my mother was always against it and after marriage she even hinted many times to my wife for dowry and infact have all her (my wife's) jewellery with her and has taken some financial help from my father in law also for repairing the house (which is on her name) where me n my wife lives, which now she has refused to pay back. She has refused to give back the jewelry also! My mother got the job after my father's death n she n my sister lives in govt flat provided to her. Lately she and my sister along with my maternal relatives started mentally n verbally harassing my wife (who is by the way a doctor) be it for not cooking or not doing household chores and hinting about dowry. My maternal uncle even threatened me that he will kill her!!! They have tried assassinating her character and compelled me to divorce her too. And since m standing with my wife on this, they are threatening us to leave the house as it's on her name or else they will call the police and throw us out of the house and will disown me from the property as well if I don't do as she wants. The other house is under construction and m scared that we will be left with no roof over our heads if she throws us out of house. I want to know what could be done to save myself from this situation and what are my rights on this??

dear sir,
my query is :-
I am seeekin mesne profits 3 year prior to filing of the suit for possession and mesne profits. the unauthorised construction be the defendant cost rs 5 lacs , it has come on record in evidence..
I have computed the mesne profits based on rents received by the defendant in unauthorised occupation of my premise of rs 50 lacs based on evidences.
my query is :
can the defendant claim deduction of rs 5 lacs from the rs 50 lacs due to me as mesne profits?
