I have a case where i bought 2 acres of agricultural land and in my sale deed, my vendor has clearly mentioned that he has given me a right of passage of 33 feet wide road for agricultural and etc entry and exit purpose which i bought in 1996 and after some time i stopped agricultural and leased the same by constructing a sheds and have been using this same passage for the past 25 years and recently my neighbor who bough his site in 2006 who is constructing boundary wall has been trying to encroach into the passage and trying to cutoff my access to the national highway. My site has got another passage in 2010 which is a round about access laid by the government. The value of my site will fall by 50 % if i loose this passage. In sale deed it is recited as " As a convention we re proving right to passage in the 33 feet wide road created by us for agricultural ect entry and exit"
on promotion, can anyone be posted to low grade position than for what he has been promoted? for example promoted to scientist G and posted inlieu to Scientist B appoint however getting paid for scientist G but stature not increased?
hello, i have 2 shops and they both are on rent to same person from the past year he was not paying rent always delying it..
now today i asked for rent and said said i will return one shop i said no if you want to return then return both and take these goods from here and empty my shop.....And he allegedly said you called my wife and you wanted to make affair with her and he made these allegations infront of everyone they are my local community....and he also mentioned that i have recording and when he was asked to show it he refused obviously there aren`t any recording in his position that were just a false acquisations....now my reputation is harmed.....
these were the all facts and now i want to know what can i do now?

I want to sell my flat situated in Mumbai, which I have purchased in 2001. At the time of purchase the flat I have paid the stamp duty as per the ready reckoner, but the agreement was not registered. in 2001, said flat was transferred in my name and the society has also issued share certificate in my name and admit me as a member of the society. Now the new deemed purchaser wants to avail loan on the said flat, but the banker asked for registration of 2001 agreement, but the seller is expired.
One advocate told me that in 2001, the Registration was not compulsory and as I have paid the stamp duty at the time of purchase the flat, the bankers have to consider the agreement But the bankers are not ready for the same.
under the circumstances what should I do?

My mother name is paramjit but in my 10th it is (paramjeet) I want to correct it but in my previous school TC did not have my mother name also father name is wrong in it. I did 10th in 2020 . This year I would clear my 12 th
If possible then I would also correct my mother name . How to do? Is affidavit required? Or wait for 12th marksheet to come then apply for correction.

Respected Sir, The case filed by my O.P. for quashing my POCSO case is stagnant since 15 th February, 2023. 14 th March, 2023 was a false date on which this case didnt get listed. The perpetrator is enjoying PROTECTION FROM ANY COERCIVE ACTION. Sir, is it normal in the Honble Jharkhand High Court or is there some foul play by the O.P. ? Can any of you learned ones mention this case before the Honble Chief Justice for early disposal please? I shall be humbly ready to pay the appropriate fees.

Section 91
Summons were issued by court in criminal case to one witness for production of documents and to another for giving evidence with documents. Neither of witness appeared in court and one witness deputed his advocate on his behalf and produced the documents whereas another witness neither appeared nor deputed anyone whereas his witness was essential for giving evidence with records as mentioned in the summons. The court accepted that section 91 allows persons to produce documents. My query is when in the summons it is clearly mentioned for giving evidence what remedy is left for petitioner where witness can be compelled to come to witness box for giving evidence
