Now with recent IT layoffs, what all laws are applicable for IT professionals. My friend is laid off with reason as 'non performance' and company terminated
1) in 5 minutes phone call without following any performance improvement plan process,
2) paid just 2 months basic salary, though appointment letter says 2 months notice period for either side.
3) revoked all employee benefits in 5 mins phone call and
4) issued service certificate having reason as "termination" which is creating a blocker in next jobs
What all can be done against such employer, which court in Pune this case can be filed and what all can be asked as relief.

In 2001 Dismissed from service,won CGIT 'reinstatement in service with full back wages and continuity of service' Reinstated in 2015 after High court refused stay on reinstatement stay on back wages only.Now wages allowed 75%. Now questions are that whether continuity of service' means entitlement of seniority based prootions during the period of dismissal ?

My name on 10th and 12th certificates doesn't carry my father's name but as I have done my graduation from Gujarat it contains father's name as well and post marriage I have removed middle as well as last name and just added my husband's surname and amended my UID and PAN with the same . Now , I have to fill UPSC form which demands name as per matriculation . What should I do ? I have made affidavit for graduation name and post marriage once .

Lately they raised a False Suspension Order saying I assaulted the Manager on 05.01.2023 around 5:30PM, and stopped my attendence being recorded and took a false apology note regarding the same, it has been a month now, I am getting to know from the sources that their intention is to remove me from the Job. But during the said period I was in site and have recorded my Attendence with GPS Location at 6:34PM, It takes 30 min drive from office to site location where I have recorded my Attendance, I have screen shots of the same, They have prepared False Eye Witnessess as a Testimony for the same. I want to know legal standing on :
1) The Fake Apology Note taken from me in hope of quick resolution to restore my salary.
2) Weather Screen Shot of Punches showing Location has more Evidenciery Support
Please guide me on how i can proceed further

Recently my home in chawl get derailed due to heavy rain, I'm trying to get permission from bmc for repair, but they are saying they has stopped giving permission for repair within 14 feet, I started the repair and my old landlord came and creating probleme for not doing any repair, and giving police complaints, now police are saying take permission and do the work and BMC is not giving permission, what should I do, I had already completed 50% work and stopped it.

Can you please guide me if promoter can sell a unsold cover parking to owners who are not residents in the apartment,, specific to westbengal property law. This is a base ment parking and properly demacation done. sale deed has also mentioned the demarcation of the proprty. proper sanctioned plan is available for the parking.

Fraud case
I had paid house lease amount to agency who absconded now got arrested. Public case is going on but I reached out to 2 layers in private who can help me get my money fast but either one of them are responding after paying them initial amount.
Really disappointed in and started losing trust on lawyers and Law.
