i purchase one EV price of 1,55,799/- but at the day of delivery there is so many problems in this vehicle i have complaint to org. but they didnt entertain me for the same. i have compalint against him on national consumer helpline but company did not respond to him they suggest me to fie case on edaakhil.nic but there is some document must be prepare and upload it which document must be prepare and how much amoucnt to be claim as a mental harassment how to calculate compensation amount
Existing owner had purchased two side by flats (2bhk) from builder and made single sell deed before 7 years back. obviously both the flat numbers are mentioned in original sell registration and there is separate tax, separate khata and separate electricity connections as well. Now Me and my friend want to purchase these property as individual ownership of each of this flat and want to make separate sell deed for both while this selling process. is it possible to do this to make it now two separate property from single one.
Sir, I bought the property from the original allotee and now I came to know that the original allotee already had another 2-3 plots issued under his name and therefore I cannot sell the property as it is under HUDA Double allotment plot cases.
Please advice what further I can do.

my name Dhanasekaran from thiruvallur district, Kindly be informed that we have agricultural lands near SC/ST place. now in 1976 we elders have given 31 cents Patta land for sc/st housing site(Free). on that, there was a place for the pathway to connect the main village road and the people blocked and constructed the house for them. Now the same people who are situated in 0.31 wants to put a pathway on our Patta lands. they are saying that there is a lake way is there, so we need the pathway on the lake way. But according to the village map and the latest FMB sketch, it was added into our Patta lands, there is no such lake way on in our Patta lands. So kindly request please advise how to proceed further and advise our remedy in this regard.

Hello, Writing on behalf of someone who's been unhappy with his wife since the day they got married.
Resident of Delhi-NCR (UP),the affected gentleman got married in Dec 2017.
His grounds for a divorce are:
1. No chemistry between them.E.G. no common interests ,no common hobbies.
2. He has to shore the household expenses by himself, despite her being an equally earning member.(she's his colleague too).She has flatly refused to pay the rent/other household expenses etc.
3.She has accused him of infidelity on the basis of his WhatsApp calls/him using the phone in the bathroom! The affected gentleman is an Event Manager, who has to stay at venues, exhibitions etc. for long days at a stretch,away from home and also liaises with his teams working across several time zones.
4. Mutual Colleagues and relatives have vouched for his integrity and ethics. Regardless of this, she continues checking his emails, WhatsApp messages, contacts to which he has given access.
5. His parents have tried intervening.Sadly,they are both no more.
The situation has become untenable; they live under the same roof but do not talk to each other.
Seeking advice to willfully terminate this acrimonious relationship.

We bought a flat with UDS for 1872 flats now only 800 flats constructed and handover completed 8 years back and now the builder is saying that he is not going to construct remaining flats but he wants to sell as layout and asking for sub division, is there any provision is available?
Our question is how he can sell as layout of remaining space?
Total is 23 acres in that 10 acres the flats constructed and remaining is vacant (this is an JV land between builder and land owner)

Notice period
Hello everyone,
I'm working in hotel industry, But now I'm not able to go to the office work because of medical issues like knee injury in accident.
I resigned from my position in last week, according to my joining letter i need to serve 7 days notice period.
Tomorrow is my last official day, but i received email from them that some tasks are pending , so complete that tasks then we decide which is your last day of your office.
I'm very confused about this thing, please suggest me on this condition.
