case uncontested dismissed as withdrawn what is meaning of this
We 4 legal heirs of deceased father decided to develope their residential property by single registered agreement in 2009.
As per agreement 4 flats were to be allotted to legal heir but no individual agreement is made till date.
Building completed in 2018 with total 12 flats but no BCC or OC has been issued to building and building is unoccupied till date.
4 legal heirs realised through search report in December 2021that developer has sold all 12 flats including our 4 flats and has registered their documents.
4 Legal heirs filed FIR in EOW Mumbai in May 2022 which has been registered by EOW u/ s409/420/34 of IPC but no arrest has been made so far
What is our remedy left to get back our 4 flats?
Can 4 legal heirs also file complaint to ED Mumbai under money laundering Act against developer?
Can 4 legal heirs rescind the contract and make application to HC to seal the whole building as 6 years rent is also not paid by developer and our 4 flats are sold without our knowledge?
If both parents(mother & father) of children died in motor accident and after that Paternal grandmother was appointed as guardian of their property. While Maternal uncle is appointed as
legal Gurdian of childern in person.
As both Minor childern was injured in same accident and taken care by Maternal uncle.
While appointing Grandmother as property Guardian of minors. Property includes LIC insurance amount in the name of minors'mother & Father. Also Agricultual land and plot which was self acquired property in name of Father of minor childern. And LIC amouns if fixed deposited in Nationalised bank as per court order.
Court also guided Grandmother to Deposit yearly income from agricultural land which is she is she is getting on behalf of childern. But she was gurdian of property for 15 years but not deposited agricultural income.
Now both Minor childern turned Major one is 22 years old & another is 18 years old. So now Both major childern wants their property legally on their name. But now paternal grandmother asking share in their Property .
Grandmother is 70 years old and survived by only her younger son who staying with her along with his wife. She has no liablities further.
But Both Major childern are young, unmarried and out of them 1 is with partial disability due to same accident. Grandmother wants share from Both childern's property( LIC Amount & self acquired agricultual land ,Plot in name of father of childern),but she has some inherited/ancestral property agricultural land/Plot/House on her name. And she is not willing to give this property to both childern as per succession law and few of this property she transferred to younger son.
Even she has not complied with gurdianship order and expecting property and money from childern's property and not willing to give them their stake as per law from ancecetral property.
So what both childern should do and against which section/Law should they file which type of suit to get their property as per law.
Hi Team,
Agriculture land has been sold to us from someone who is not the title owner of the said property.(registered thought)
Now because the said land is in my father's name (died) the land has gone to auction because of mortgage by court
Now the land doesn't even belong to the one who sold to us
Is it valid for court to auction it suppressing the fact the land of rightful owner (died)?
If not please could you help with proper direction team,
I have filed FIR u/s 406 IPC & 420 IPC against a person whom I entrusted to keep 100 gram gold ornaments.
During investigate by police she accepts that gold ornaments was received by her & with her custody.
She refused to return my gold
ornaments while police asked to.
Police did not take action to return my property. I presume that since accused is women police may be feared her.
Can I go to high court file writ petition for speedy recovery or send accused to jail until judgement / attached of her property ?
Sir/Madam,

She made a local panchayat of all the relatives and said that she doesn't want to continue marriage as she don't want quit her job. At present she is staying in hostel, not saying anything about divorce. Simply saying don't want to stay with my friend.
Not lifting anyones call not even available to her parents. She even threatened her husband, if he calls again she will file a police complaint, when asked about divorce she said, pls go and ask my parents. Their parents were saying she will come back soon don't worry. But like this six months passed away. She is not answering to anyones call. She also threatened that she will commit suicide if anyone calls her.
What are the remedies available to my friend and how he can get protected from any false cases

Recently, Government of Telengana has introduced a rule regarding the maximum age limit for unskilled workers engaging in a contract shall be maximum of 50. Therefore, those who have crossed the age of 50, shall not permitted in a factory or industry.
Sir, what about Government of Tamilnadu rule says. kindly mention the copy of Tamilnadu Government order on the above subject.
If I have original sale deed of my property, then will bank approve loan on certified copy without asking for original sale deed, as anyone can get certified copy of others property by paying nominal fees can it also relate to a fraud
My daughter filed Mat suit on Nov 18,2019,my daughter & her husband both are Doctors. After sincere trying for 2 years we could not continue with this marriage regd on Dec 12 ,2017.Current status is failed Mediation.Respondent is adamant not allow my daughter to move on life.My humble queries to Learned lawers 1) How much time will take for Divorce from such Mediation 2) whether my daughter should file writ petition to Calcutta High Court under Section 40 B of Special Marriage Act 1954,since her Mat suit is nearing 3 years 3) Whether Art 21 of Costitution of India will be included of violation of fundamental right as my Daughter is 33 & her husband is 35 unable to move on life for such delay,4) Normally how much time HC takes to issue order on Family Court to speedy disposal of Divorce case, with deep regards,P.Chakraborty,Kolkata
