Delhi Police Recruitment 2020
total no of.post 5690
final results declared on 15 Dec 2021
A 10% reserve panel of total vacancy (means 569 candidate other than 5690) also maintained by SSC for those who didn't want to join Delhi police or found PVR adverse or any other reason or found ineligible at any stage. At that vacant seat chance will be given to reserve panel candidates.
SSC declared 5076 candidate are fair and 614 are suspect in malpractice or any other illigal activity during exam so 614 kept withheld.
5076 candidate joined and SSC investigate 614 withheld candidate.
after investigation SSC Declare out of 614 candidate 125 candidates are fair and 489 candidate are found malpractice and keep again withheld.
125 candidate joined and file of 489 malpractice candidate handover to Delhi Police Crime branch .
Delhi police crime branch investigate 489 withheld candidates CCTV footage and computer server and found they do 50questions in 2 minutes 25 maths question in 3 minutes and surprise is that all questions are right DP Crime branch send notice to these 489 candidates and these candidates accept their fraud
According to notification any vacant seat out of 5690 by any reason ( like candidate resign , candidate death during training , not join , find ineligible ) 10% Reserve panel candidates can claim these vacant seats
My question is that
According to SSC their is no any rule or procedure to fill the vacant seat of withheld candidate who found malpractice
but according to notification it's reserve panel right to claim that seat
can we file a case in CAT Delhi to claim these seats against DP and SSC
PLEASE reply sir

We're are 5 legal heirs in property of late father who died intestate in 1996.
Two legal heirs involved in father's prop. stock broking business didn't clear the objection of high court which asked for dividend details on the list of shares submitted to court. They had managed to convince father to open joint account for the business and pocketed the dividends running in to lacs of rupees.
What options the 3 legal heirs have for getting their share?
If the borrower dies due to some medical/ other reasons, then will the family be responsible to repay the amount? Can anybody with expertise in this field provide contact details for discussion and proper advise.
I am looking to purchase a flat from first buyer in MHADA building which was constructed 7 years ago. The lock-in period of 5 years is complete. The bank has given clearance from legal and valuation point of view. However, the original allotment letter / possession letter was not registered by the first buyer. He has paid the stamp as required by MHADA.
But my property agent insists on the registration (adjudication) of possession letter which would cost a big amount as MHADA calculated stamp duty was lesser than market rate stamp duty applicable at the time and also includes penalty for delay in registration.
The agent claims this will be required at the time of conveyance and would cause an even larger penalty at 2% every month. The two lawyers I visited could not give a clear answer.
Is this registration/adjudication really required? If yes, who should pay the cost, myself (buyer) or the the seller?
I need a very junior lawyer
to handle a few of my personal cases in civil and consumer forums in
delhi and gurgaon - basically I will be preparing etc and he will
provide some guidance, coordination etc. Will pay small fees as
a lumpsum or otherwise. If you can help me connect to some of them.
Thanks. Sharad.
Pay protection
I have eight year of experience in PSU, IDA pay matrix, i had applied in AIIMS (Autonomous Body) as Direct Recruitment where 5 years of experience is the essential criteria. I had applied through proper channel after selection, i relieved from PSU as technical resignation with lien and i joined the AIIMS. But they consider me as a fresher, i wrote an application to Adminstration and requested to protect my basic pay and give me pay protection as all rules and regulation in AIIMS are same as Central Government employees. However, after three months passed they never respond. AIIMS consider me as a fresh recruitment. Now i started my job from zero level.
Please suggest, what would i do.
