THERE WAS TWO FIR WERE REGISTERED ONE IN COURT FIRST AND THEREAFTER AGAIN IN POLICE STATION FOR SAME INCIDENT ADN ON SAME PERSON IN THE CASE COURT ON REQUEST PASSED A ORDER A ORDER ARTICLE 210 OF CRPC AND DIRECTED TO THE COURT TO DISPOSE OFF THE SECOND FIR OR MERGE THAT IN FIRST FIR NOW POLICE NEITHER DISPOSE NOR MERGE AND CALL ME FOR STATEMENT,
NOW QUESTION IS.
1.A AM ACCUSED AND I HAVE ALREADY WENT FOR REVISION AND COURT ADMITTED MY REVISION THERE DECISION IS PENDING,CAN POLICE CALL ME FOR STATEMENT AGAIN WHILE COURT PASSED ORDER ON MY REQUEST AND DIRECTED TO DISPOSES OF THE FIR.IS LEGAL OR ILLEGAL.
2.POLICE SAY COME TO THE POLICE STATION GIVE STATEMENT THEY HAVE TO PRESENT CASE DIARY AND CHALLAN,WHEN THE ORDER OF COURT SAY DISPOSE THE FIR THEN WHY WILL PRESENT CASE DIARY BEFORE THE HNBLE.COURT.
1.CAN POLICE CALL ME WITHOUT NOTICE.WILL I HAVE TO GO THE POLICE STATION.
SIR PLEASE GUIDE ME I HAVE ENGAGE 2 LOCAL LAWYER BUT THE CAN NOT GIVE MY QUESTIONS ANSWER

Dear sir we booked 2 plots and owner wrote a notary bond paper that "i receaved total amount after NA ( land conversation) I will give 2 plots " but already 4 years completed still land is not converted . my problems is some one saying bond paper valid 3 years . and some saying that if total amount received means it value lifetime. Which one is true.

Hi Sir, good evening, I want ur valuable opinion regarding property issues. I have a plot in Huda ( Haryana urban development authority ) sector 46 Gurgaon in name of my wife and with my partner. My wife expired in July month 2015 in a road accident. I have two sons whose ages are below 10 years ( minors). Plot is under construction and will be ready in 2 -3 months. Now Huda has reallotted name in favour of mine with my minor sons alongwith partner. We purchased it for floor selling purposes. Now Huda is giving allotment of each floor (3 floors) in favour of all ( my partner and we 3 ). I and my partner want to sell it as we decided at buying time.Plz advise me ur valuable opinion that how can i sell it? What procedure can be best for me. I m waiting ur reply. Thanks in advance.

Is domicile certificate is important to make a caste a certificate for central jobs.

Hi!
Is there any Muslim Lawyer who can guide and explain me the rules and conditions regarding preparing a Will as per Islamic Sharia?
Actually my Dad wants to make a proper will of our flat as per Islamic Law for property/house..
I stay in Thane so can someone tell me what are the requirements, documentation formalities, charges, consultation fees for making such type of Will, if I visit any Lawyer?
Kindly advice...
