hello sir/madam,
we are the students of Lenora college of engineering
we pursued your MTech post-graduation in 2021 and until we won't get certificates from college, college staff demanded that we should pay the entire fee because government fees reimbursement was not deposited so we registered a complaint on the spandana government portal. A team informs that there is a low budget in Ap due to that we are delay. but almost 2 years completed without certificates how can we get a job, is there any law to help us.

An appeal has been filed by me in delhi high court, 4 hearings have taken place, everytime my lawyer was present for arguments, but this time am unable to hire a lawyer due to financial problems, husband has been giving monthly maintenance to me ,but i have to handle other 5-6 cases as well and my personal expenses etc. So on what ground should i ask the high court judge to grant one adjournment to me ? Can anyone please suggest a reasonable excuse so that the judge doesn't get angry as opposite side vl oppose

Hi Sir,
I am buying a land in Lucknow near to Gomti Nagar Extension with the help of my relative .As per the registry copies which is shown by the owner of property the land use already converted as residential under 143 but the concern is when i asked about the mutation aka Dhakhil-Kharij then he said its not allowed for those lands which converted under 143 and some court order already issued regarding this for whole lucknow area.
He said, that land already came under in Nagar Nigam so no mutation is allowed or required.
I am little bit surprized due to this as without dakhil khariz, we can't claim in case of natural disaster or any government acquisition.
Can you please suggest me, what i need to do in this - should go ahead or cancle the buying plan of that land.
Also, my loan process started by leading pvt bank after property document verification.
Please suggest

The Honourable Supreme Court in January 2022 finally passed an order extending all due dates for filing of appeal which fell between 15.03.2020 and 28.02.2022 till 90 days from 28.02.2022. In case of appeals to be filed before Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) or Income Tax Appellate Tribunal against orders passed between the above referred dates does one need to compulsorily file an application for condonation of delay and also to file an affidavit in support thereof ? Kindly guide. Thanks

I had rented my commercial property to Egyptian consulate in the year 2002, and everything was going well. But last few year they stoped paying nor they gave notice of vacating.
After lots of persuasion they called me for a meeting and informed me that they are vacating the premise from March 2021 and will pay up dues until than including the interest as per my last statement but requested me to give some concessions.
I agreed and we both agreed the amount of final payment which was given to me in writing where we both signed that letter too.
I informed them to transfer the payment in 1st week of April 2021 as they are officially in vacating in the March 2021.
But when they paid the amount in my bank directly, they paid far less than what was agreed upon.
I objected and told them that since u have violated the term in our understanding, you are now liable to pay the full amount as per my statement.
Now they are not responding nor paying. I would like to know what can I do to recover dues to me?
One may write me on my email and oblige. Can meet if required too.

Transfer of father's house when there is no registry.
My father had been living in pre-independence era house, in Ambala. Things like Electricity, Water and Property Tax in Municipal Committee's accounts are all in the name of my father.
In the name of house-related papers, we've got a Stamp-Paper having will written on it, with official sub-registrar seals and witnesses. Tehsildar's office does not want to spend time checking this will in their records. I guess because this is dated in 1940. They instead are asking us to provide them with some registry no. which we don't know.
What should be done in this case? I am either looking to have this house transferred in my name, to finally sell it or I want to get rid of my name from this house, so that I won't be held responsible for anything that happens with/in this house.
