Under which clause of any act there is a need for mandatory registration of association of apartment is required?
I have joined an organization on 18 th Feb 2024 and received a joining bonus of 5 lacs which had a clause stating that I need to repay the full amount if I resign within 12 months of completion from my date of joining., which i didnt notice while accepting the offer on email . Since the organisation was so hostile , and due to the mental harrassment, discrimination by the boss, and i put my resignation and left in April 2024 and job less now , Now the organisation is asking me to repay the joining bonus. However , while i have recd my appointment there is no such clause ( return the joining bonus if i leave before 1 years) So, in this case what should I act? Is it legal to repay or not?
I was planning to sent a notice to them for the harassment and discrimination and playing with my career .

Hi I am Preeti working in Ongc. I got married in Jan 2024 and my husband is also in ongc and he has On off duty patter which means he stays at home for 14 days and 14 days in ocean. We have no family support and We want to start our family due to my age limitations. In april 2024 they drafted a policy that If one person is doing on off duty the other person will not get transfereed to same location. Due to which they Put on hold our application of transfer which we submitted in March.
So then we applied for mutual transfer to cambay which is nearby 100km from Ahmedabad.
But they put on hold that application also Although we saw that other people sre getting mutual transfer even who joined after my husband.
The person with which we applied mutual transfer to whom they said you apply with someone else we will give you transfer.
This is has been told by the Chief Hrd which is below the director Hr post.
Now we are thinking of fighting a case about this discrimation
Also my husband belongs to ST category may be this can be also the reason but not sure but clear discrimnation is with us As others are getting mutual transfer

I have filed case for custody of my son. Even after 11 th hearing lower court refused to pass any order with respect to visitation, interim custody & school admission and as a result my son didnot go to school at the age of 7+ years.
I am forced to approach High Court for speedy trial. High court has directed to dispose all interim application within two months without fail.
In the meantime, I have admit my son to P.M. Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya. OP send my son to school for a week & thereafter schooling discontinued.
I have submitted high court's order in ADJ court. The ADJ straight away refused to comply High Courts order. Even after expiry of two months ADJ did not pass any order regarding interim custody & schooling.
Even after repetatitive prayer of my advocate, the ADJ pass a order of visitation with condition that, every sunday I may visit my son where child reside with my advocate. I personally prayed ro fix visitation at any other place but ADJ refused.

It is very difficult for me to afford advocate's fee for visitation. My OP is desparate in nature, they filed many GDE against me alleging theft at their residence.
Can I again approach High Court ?
Can ADJ refused High Court's direction ?
Please guide me for welfare of my son.

I am a working professional having around 10 years of work experience. I earn around 2.06 lakh rupees per month. I am a Post Graduate. I got married in 2019 November. Before marriage my wife & I decided that since I was working in Mumbai, I would be settling in Mumbai. My parents used to Live in Aurangabad (MH). My mother before my marriage was a Cancer Patient (SInce June 2017) and my Father was a COngestive Heart Failure Patient (since March 2018). My wife is a Chartered Accountant. Before marriage she was a working as a partner in a CA firm in a Tier 2 City in Gujrat and earning around 45000 rupees. Currently we are separated and I am taking Care of my Father. My mother and her mother have expired. If I earn as I mentioned above and she earns 80K per month and she is willingly living in Mumbai even after my strong opposition to that movement by her own. She is asking for maintenance. If she approaches court (she has already given me a lawyer notice and asked for 1 crore rupees mental harassment compensation), how much will the maintenance be in this case? We don't have kids. I support my father with 27000 INR per month. I pay my maid around 5000 per month. All household expense are around 15000 and Savings are around 30000 per month. I have a car loan of 44000 per month as well. I am not aware of the breakdown of her expenses. I only know that she is earning around 80K per month.

I need advice on the following incident:--
I joined an IT MNC and didn't like the role that they gave me. I also have a better offer in my hand. I just attended the virtual induction session for day 1 after 1 week sent an email that I am resigning. But I didn't get any reply to that email. So I tried to contact them through mobile they didn't pick up the call either. I didn't get a salary for the first month so I thought they relieved me. Meantime I joined another organization in which I have a better role.
After 5 months I came to know they have created a PF account for me. Due to that, I getting a Background verification issue. After that, I contacted them to sort out this issue but, they told me you are still our employees so we couldn't do anything. After that, they sent me a email for termination from their organization. Now It has become a dual employment issue for me. Please give suggestions to sort out this issue
