Tenant atrocities in the commercial complex - reg.

Respected Learned Experts, I have let out a shop in 1st floor to a tenant who is defaulted in payment of rent. I had filed an eviction suit in the court. The first floor has two shops. The other shop was vacant for the last 4 years due to this tenant who has dumped his materials in the stair case and passage area. The common lock for the stair case was also removed by the tenant and he has locked the stair case shutter with his new lock. I was unable to let the other shop for the last 4 years. The eviction suit is pending in the court for the last 2 years. I am a senior citizen. Whether I am eligible to pray the court for early disposal of the suit as I am a senior citizen? Further, Whether I can file any police complaint for his unauthorized and illegal usage of stair case and common passage and the change of common lock by the tenant? I request the Learned Experts to guide me in the matter with their extensive respectable knowledge.

Thanks in advance.

Refusal of job to cancer patient after offere job by company

My son is a cancer patient from 4 years. He is performing duties in IT department (finance) of multinational company for 10 hrs/day. No other inabilities and medical problems to him exists. He wants to switch present job for higher salary. He is likely getting Offer of new multinational company. Oncologist has given certificate "Fit for duty". Now following questions
1. Should I disclose voluntarily my cancer to new company after receiving offer or wait till the time of medical exam by company and disclose cancer as Oncologist has given me fitness certificate.
2. Has company right to withdraw offer on ground that he carries cancer and medical exam of company has not cleared fitness. Any labour laws protection for him to fight against COMPANY as
he holds fitness certificate of Oncologist.
He may face risk of resigning present job and loose new job also on medical ground hence this query.

Encroachment of ancestoral property by neighbour

Our grandmother transferred a piece of land my uncle on 1985 by settlement deed. My uncle sold the land to another person (our neighbour)on 1989. Further the neighbour constricted a building for his residence and rental income on the same year. Recently we came to know that the neighbour has encroached 5 feet of our ancestral property which still remains unpartitioned (my grandmother passed away on 2010 without knowing about the encroachment).

Now I need to know the following before filing the suit.
1. Whether the suit for possession of the encroached property will sustain without any bar in limitation period.
2. Whether the neighbour can claim shelter under adverse possession.

Also suggest me any other approach to claim our property. Also provide your contact details if you require me to contact in person.

Housing society

The housing society consists of 177 members and was registered in 1992 in Madurai Tamilnadu. Unfortunately the renewal wasn't done for many years. There have been issues between groups. Now one of them allegedly bribed and got new registration with his house as office.only 2 words were changed and registered. The registrar without application of mind and field inspection allowed new registration. But the present management is actually running office and the entire business of the society. It is really a mockery to register new society with 7 persons signed.
Please advise soution
