Can a foreign citizen hold property in india as per law

My cousin had purchased 1bhk in 1990 in pune with my parents money but on his name. There is no evidence for me to prove that. My parents have expired. My cousin has got migrated permanently to New Zealand in the year 2000 along with his family, it's now 20yrs for him. Since the year 2000 I am staying in that flat with my family. Since he is a foreign citizen can he hold any property in india as per the law, can he file a case in court against me to vacant the flat. What step can I take to save my shelter for my family. Please advice. I. I am a poor person and my parents have been fooled and cheated. Please help me.

Terrace rights

We have G plus 3 floors commercial building . The builder had given exclusive rights of terrace (except the water tank and lift room) to the 2nd floor owner (1 company) during sale deed and removed terrace from common area. Now after 5 years later 2nd floor owner started constructing office in the terrace , not listening to association committee. But undevided rights is correlating with only 2nd floor area and doesn't include the terrace atall ! What to do as I am the Association president?

Nominee's rights

Our co op hsg society is in Mumbai
IN our society a lady was anominee for the Flat purchanged by her Husband in his single Name.
He nominated the lady(his Wife) After the demise of her husband Our society added her name in the share Certificate
The lady has 3 children.Recently the lady submitted a nomination form Nominating one of 3 children.During the annual General Body meeting the other 2 children Came and objecting that the nomiation form submitted by the lady(their mother should not be accepted.)
Their main objection was that their mother as a nominee is only a trusty and care taker and as such she has NO right to nominate any one and also she has no right to write a will in favour of any any one children when all the childre has legal equal right in the property
Kindl advise what the Managing committee should do

Lc certificate main general se sc karwana hain

I hadn't mention mycaste at the time of daughter admission in 1st class in kendriiya vidyalay. Because i am central railway employ ee. I gotthe admission on that basis. Butnow i want to get correct inLC certificate . I have all legal documents.and caste certificate. My daughter is studying in 12th standard. Please advice what to do

Fraudulent trying to retain indian citizenship

My cousin brother and his wife who are citizen of new Zealand from 2000 by their own wish came down in 2018 and used a Xerox copy of the ration card in making the adhar card. When complained the FDO got the ration card canceled but he did not file any Cognizant against them. The police department also didn't take any action nor the collector. The police said that FDO needs to file an FIR. The Adhar card department was also informed but they also didn't take any action. I told them I caught and gave you a robber, what did you do to that robber, did u punish him, did u fine him. They are just telling its third party information we cannot tell u. I told that fraud is committed against the state and you all are supporting them.
How a person comes to India and so easily make government documents. For adhar card u need to be in India for 6months. While Immigration to new Zealand the visa and immigration department need to gather all the offical documents from them.
What and how action can be taken against them.
The high commission said that he cannot get the address and the phone no that I gave him. He is lieing. Corrupted fucking government. From 2018 I am struggling so that action needs to be taken against them.
Can someone advice please.
The prime minister office has forward the complain to cheif sec and they have forwarded that to FDO. But still I know nothing is going to take place.
Please suggest me what can I do.

Ownership paper of land - will distributed among floor owner

Hi Team,

I have a question regarding the ownership papers chain.

The builder of the house purchased a land from a party and then he constructed a four storey building on it. I happened to be one of the purchaser of the floor in that building. I have got the sale deed registered in the registrar office and have the original papers for that.

Now the builder tells me that you can keep the sale deed but the chain of the ownership will be kept with him and will not be distributed among the storey owners. I am not sure if that is the law or the chain of the papers has to be distributed equally between the storey owners.
If the builder is not giving the original chain of the papers, Can I claim it in the future when I plan to sell it? What should be the ideal step i should take?

Query for rent of undivided seperated property_kolkata

Sir,
Can an undivided & completely seperated property can be given on rent..??
As the portion is completely seperated from the portions of other co owners, so any legal steps can be taken by the other co owners if I give my portion on rent.

Building a compound wall

Sir I have DTC approved land for Which I want to construct a wall which seperate the poramboku government land on the other side. This side poramboku land residents are not allowing to build the compound wall in .. way is the legal procedure through court shall I approach. Those who are obstructing they don't have patta for their land
