I have a matrimonial dispute going on. I am a 22-year-old girl. I did love marriage through court, 2 years back and I have a son of 1-year-old age.
My husband started beating me 6 months back and for the past 6 months this fight is going on, Now he evacuated me from my matrimonial house by force and when I contacted my mother and father, they didn't allowed me to enter the house.
Now I am staying in pg and I don't have any place to live.
My husband also brought another girl in him home and he is claiming that she is his new wife and my matrimonial parents( saas sasur) are in full favor of him.
My birth parents are saying that if I give my child to adoption to someone else then only they will allow me to enter my birth home.
My Questions are:-
1. CAN I CLAIM MAINTAINANCE FROM MY HUSBAND, THEY ARE WELL OFF FAMILY.
2. If I want to give the child for adoption, and my husband is neither taking the child nor he is ready to sign for adoption, then how can I give this child to adoption with my signature only

Respected Sir/ Madam,
- I Joined as Inspector (4600/- Grade Pay) in Department 1 in February 2016.
- I was confirmed to the post in February 2018.
- The Next promotion in Department 1 is to the post of Superintendent (4800/- Grade Pay) after a qualifying service of 8 years.
- I opted for Technical Resignation with RIGHT TO LIEN (two years) from Department 1 in July 2019 to Join Department 2 as Assistant Section Officer (4600/- Grade Pay)
- After my technical resignation from Department 1 the recruitment rules for the post of Superintendent were amended and the qualifying service was reduced to 2 years. As a result all my batch mates were promoted w.e.f. 01.01.2020.
- I opted for my right to lien and resigned from Department 2 to join back to Department 1 w.e.f. October 2020 on the post of Inspector.
- My what will be my seniority? I am likely to be promoted in December 2020. What will be my seniority in the Promoted cadre of Superintendent? Will my juniors who got promoted to Superintendent w.e.f. Jan 2020 become seniors to me in the promoted cadre? How my pay will be fixed?

I am living in my house which was bought by my late husband. Now the property has come to my name. In the ground floor of my property my brother-in-law is there as a permissive occupant, allowed by my late husband who took pity on him to do so. Even after my husband's death, my brother-in-law is not moving out nor paying any rent. I want to sell my house now. Due to this problem, buyers are not coming foward or they are asking for very low rate. Can I put an eviction suit against him. After initiating the eviction case, if there are buyers coming can I sell while there is a pending suit? or do I have to withdraw the suit and then only can sell? Do I have to pay any court penalty? what are the pros and cons of this approach against waiting for buyers to come without initiating the suit?

I leased out my premises. The tenant has vacated the premises, without paying the upto date rents. He was in due for the last 6 months rents. And also he damaged our premises, which requires immediate repairs. So I have to file recovery petition for arrears of rent and damages. I am from Andhra pradesh State.
Now my doubt is : which court is having jurisdiction either the Civil Court or the Rent Control, and also under which Act CPC or Rent Control Act.
Plz. suggest.
Thanks
Dear Sirs, Greetings!
Please advise me if sending a photo/snapshot of the signature (wet signature not an electronic) to a reputed but 'discount broker' is safe. As you may know, it is a part of their procedure to open an account with them.
Kindly help me out!
