Withholding of admit card by school issued by cbse

The Student is due to appear in CBSE - Class X Board Examination in February-2020.He is studying in same school since class Nursery. The School is continuously threatening not to allow him as also several others to not to allow sit for Board Examination on the pretext of their allegedly poor performance in class tests, pre Board examinations wherein it has set unrealistic standards . Large number of students face such situation. The Board however do not withheld the admit card on any such pretext and have forwarded the admit cards of all the students. The school at their own keep them withheld and students are made to be absent in board examination. This has become a regular practice at so called elite schools. Concerned seriously for my ward. What is the remedy for such contingency as school is likely to issue or withheld the admit card just a few days ahead of examination.Need guidance.

False case registration by st married woman

Sir, My relative (Cousin) (Caste OC) is living independently in Rajahmundry by doing Catering Business. One of his employees (Caste: ST Woman who is already married) has some closeness to him before 5 years. Later, after one year, some disputes arose between them, she filed a case against him and later settled outside. Subsequently, both are separated and he started having live in relation with another girl (Caste: ST Girl only not married)

Now, recently she filed a complaint at Police Station citing that my Brother has taken Rs 35000/- from her and didnot return the money. Further, My Brother rejected her to marry citing the reason that she is ST. (Both complaints are false and she is a married woman having a living husband)

Please advise us what to do.

Property issues by my aunties, all are more than 70 years ol

After My grandfather death 1976, all his property transferred to my father in 1976 by patta chitta. After my father's death 1995, that properties changed to my name by patta. I am paying tax for that one from 2000. EC also in my name. By using 2005 act, my father's sisters asking share in all the properties. They married before 1989. Case is pending in court. They are going to apply stay for that property. What will I do now? Before 2005, no women has rights in immovable property. By that all are changed. Is it favour for me? Can i sell that properies? They are harassing me by many ways. Give some ideas, please.
