Employe termination

I am currently employed as a senior software engineer at Software Company located in Bangalore, Karnataka. I joined the company on July 25th, 2022.
In August 2023, I encountered a challenging situation wherein my previous manager exerted pressure on me to seek alternative employment, Suggesting the possibility of issuing a negative termination letter if I did not comply.. I submitted a resignation email, which I later withdrew.
Subsequently, in January 2024, I shifted to a new project within the organization. However, in March 2024, the departmental manager indicated the forthcoming initiation of a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), without specifying a precise commencement date and procedure.
On April 3rd, 2024, I was summoned by both the Human Resources department and my immediate manager for a meeting. During this meeting, I was pressured to submit a voluntary resignation, citing role redundancy and the company's financial constraints. In the meeting, HR asked me to convey my decision of resignation before 20 April 2024. HR told that if terminated , company will not pay notice period. In case of voluntary resignation, two months salary will be paid.
According to contract either party can terminate the employment by giving 2 months notice. In case company will not pay 2 months notice in case of termination, Could I approach court?

Booking a plot before convertion

Hello everyone,

I am planning to invest in a plot but the developer has the agricultural land in his name and he is collecting 30% of advance and making agreement with buyer. Developer will be converting land and taking necessary approvals from local planning authority within 1 year.
Developer will be mentioning the survey number and plot number in sale agreement in the schedule?
Can we proceed with agreement with the developer?

My wife does not want to give birth to the child at the age of 38 just because I am into business, not job. Not only that, she does not want to come along with me to chandigarh (me and my parents are planning to settle down in chandigarh. instead, she wants to live alone in 1bhk flat in Delhi only to carry on her job. Furthermore, she does not give respect to my parents and me. She is too much egoistic and never ever contribute financially. I want baby in my life and want her to give respect to me and my parents. What should I do now. Whenever I try to request her to move with us to chandigarh she gets frustrated and call her parents who give threats to me that she is epileptic so do not do this and that with her as she would take tension which could trigger problem. I am in depression what should I do now I do not want to leave my parents and my hometown chandigarh.

Simple imprisonment

What is civil imprisonment? Can arrangements be made in jail by paying money? If yes. So how much rupees have to be paid? (some guesses).
साधारण कारावास क्या है? क्या पैसे देकर जेल में व्यवस्था ली जा सकती है? यदि हां। तो कितने रुपये देने होंगे? (कुछ अनुमान).

Multiple law suit

Respected lawers,

I have a question regards to a civil case in banaglore disctrict court. I have a plot which i brought from land owner who had won daughters share in supremecourt and then she bifurgated with all goverment procedures and sold it to us. Before she got her share of land her father and brothers had sold the land withouther consent to a Housing society, who had created plots and alloted it to its memebers via registered sale deed. But after suprement court decision the houseing society had taken back all the fees paid to govt and informed thier allotees about this and gave alternative plots to them. After this they did not revoke the old sale deed and the allotees have put a case against the landlord lady who sold to us. The Landlord lady is not responding to the case. Should i get impleded in the case ? the allotee has another case already launched against me which is ongoing for the same issue. is there a necesity to impleaed in the case of the landlord lady. is there a way to merge both the cases? FYI the court has stay order on the landlord lady (she gave written statment but did not contest). If i implead will the stay decision be applied on me? I am scared of stay because i have plan sanctioned by corporation office after careful consideration of all my documents.

Category change because i have caste issues

My caste is disputed. Around 2013, in response to the Allahabad High Court, our caste was considered SC by the SC Commission, but after 2017 the SC Commission changed its decision. If we lose our caste case now, will we lose our jobs because the government itself is changing its decisions? On the other hand, I was selected on the basis of my own merit candidate and did not take any reservation benefit. But the form was filled in sc category.
