builder not registering my flat

i bought a flat in bangalore. builder is not registering the property in my name even after paying the full amount. he is just postponing the registeration since 6 month by giving false promises to register

Serve a legal notice and then file a consumer complaint.

Firstly serve a legal notice calling upon the builder to get the property registered in your name and still he fails to comply therewith, you may avail any of the remedies either to file a complaint before the Consumer Forum or to file a suit for mandatory injunction in the civil court.
