I have a criminal case case which is a false case.my uncle file a case against my father, brother and me u/s 341,323,325,326,307,506/I.P.C. in 2010 (still running).
I want to know that the burden to getting government job.
My lawyer say that their will be no problem .... are he is right?

No, your advocate is not right. No chance till your criminal case goes on. Government does not offer jobs to persons with criminal record. Irrespective of whether case is false or ture, you would become eligible for Government job only after you get honourably acquitted in the case by the court of law.

You may apply for job. Make a complete disclosure wherever such information is sought, generally after the candidate is selected for appointment.

Apply and disclose the fact, still not convicted but under trial.

Probably your advocate would have stated "no problem" having confidence of disposing the case in your favour, when you get a job.

what is the current status of your efforts in getting the Govt Job.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 25 January 2014
advocate well versed in criminal matters may be illiterate in service matters.

He is fully under wrong impression.

Cold fact is that even if selected you cannot join unless case is closed in your favour (on merits not on procedure)
