I Got my husband call records threw my friend from tata galary. & I shocked he fluting with one girl from our relatives.
my husband filed divorce against me & threading me marry another girl & hide him from all. Can I use that call records which I get from mail. or I need go threw any other process for get that records & show in court.

These are not authentic valid evidences to prove that he is doing adultery.If you desire to take revenge on you husband immediately 498A,and a case under DV Act.Where are you staying at present?

I Already filed 498a & DV
and it not for revenge he already destroyed my & my 4&1/2 years daughters life.
He sold my 18 tola gold for purchasing shop & 7,50,000 from my daddy
& without informing me sold that shop & eat my money & gold.
I got married in 6/05/2006 from that day till last 6/5/2011 he only abusing beating me I have all profs his call record in my phone. photos & many other proof.
now I have to show his orignal face in this phone matter to court
pls, gave advise how I get his CAll Record for last whole year
because this going on from last year & then he finally throw me from his life. from last 6 year he take my every month salary rs. 10,000 for shop loan & now he kick me after his goal fulfill.
