Hello
We are living in porombok land which has been issued 3 assigned house pattas(Mother, one Daughter unmarried while patta has been issued and another daughter married) from the MRO(Mandal Revenue Officer).
Is it legally eligible or not eligible?
Can assigned house pattas issued to 3 family members which is a single building as 3 portions?

what is meant by porombok land ? make enquires with MRO whether it is possible for 3 pattas to be issued to 3 family members .

First of all you have not mentioned your name.
Second the query is not clear.
According to my understanding that you are living in Government land and Government now assigned that land to one family consisting 3 members. Whether the assignment is legal or not legal is the question.
If my understanding is correct, first of all you have no right to in government land without assignment. Why do you bother about the assignment to others is legal or illegal.
