I would like to know if a partner of a partnership firm sell an immovable property without the consent of other partners. Also if the partner has done the same without consent from other partners, is that sale a valid sale?

If the property is in the name of partnership firm , no sale document will be registered.
If not no problem because defficult to prove and notice essential before sale and hence once public notice is given before sale not much can be done except cases running for generations.
