any person can file a suit without any lawyer, there is no need a lawyer if the person is capable to fight & know about procedure of Court.

Law does not check you but it is a bit complicated thing [procedural] for which even lawyers take training for few years.

Just think,if you can do on with required procedures????????

You can appear as party in person for filing and conducting any case.

But, dont do that, even if an advocate is filing and conducting any case as party in person, he will be facing practical problems.

Advocate takes care for proper pleadings which a layman is unaware.

regarding such investigation, you can do it privately without any authority.

it would be better to entrust the job to the police or a private detective.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 08 December 2011
A man can do the investigation, can file and conduct the case as party in person, if he is having time and proper knowledge.
RAJU O.F., (Expert) 12 December 2011
A person conversant in proper law and prctice, can file suit/complaint and conduct in Court for himself, as a party-in-person, without engaging an advocate. But he cannot do that on behalf of any others. However it is always better to engage an advocate expert and practing in such court, which will be more advantagous to you. A good advocate can save your liability in a money-suit, atleast 10 times the fees paid to him. Hence don't bother to engage a good advocate and pay good fees to him, instead of trying your luck yourself.
