can a rural co operative society invest equity linked mutual fund?? is it be mentioned in the deed of ther society?? if yes under which section??

Co operative soceity registed under the soceities registration act can invest in share of other concern provided the MOA and AOA are in tune with the proposal.. if not alter the MOA and AOA.
