Dear Sir,
Can I go abraod for employment if any criminal case is in the court? Which are the relevant chargeable sections to stop go abroad?
What are the procedures to be followed for going abroad in this situation?

1)in case no restrictions have been imposed on your movements by the court hearing your case for movements outside india then you are free to go abroad .
2) you have not mentioned nature of criminal case pending in india .
3) some countries will ask about your criminal history in customs and immigartion form s submitted by you and depending upon nature of crime may deny you entry
4) you may also be denied visa on account of your criminal record or fact that you have criminal charges pending
