Dear sir/mam iam ameer i belong to muslim community I married a girl from sc community in 2011.as love marriage in muslim procedures (nikha). After that I faced a lot of problems with her.she is not good and verrrry arogant and lazy.we always quarel each other.nearly 6-8counsellings were over .including in police station. Now last week she left my house and said to my relatives that I thrown her out. We had a kid of 10 months old.every time she used to threaten me that she will leave house and 3times neighbours hv stopped when she packed her all belongings ready to leave the house. And 2times she tried to cut her arm with knife and I stopped and one time she thrown her dress on burning stove that also I saved her. Every time she is scolding me like Im roaming with girls and using abusive language. Finally last week she left house and went to her moms house and after two days she came back and took her all her clothes and belongings and went off. Really its hell living wd her. Now the question is can I send talaq nama by post or it needs her willing ?? What can I do if she files case against me in atrocity case or 498a. Can I directly say to police that I cannot live wd heris it punishable offence ?? Iam alone living In my own house owned by my father(late )and my mother is also not alive. Can she file case against my sister living in chennai as my friend telling that she will book me in sc atrocity case and 498 on my sister pls give ur valuable suggestions

Yes, she can file 498A case against you as well as your relatives.
Try to douse the flame before it becomes a wildfire. Engage her in negotiation, try to make more compromises. There is no harm in giving another try.
If all fails then you can give her triple talalq.

Try for amicable solution. If amicable solution not possible give talaque to her.

from the facts mentioned by you it appears counselling has failed . you can divorce her as per your personal law . if your wife files 498a contest it on merits .

u said the girl is from SC community...was she a Muslim by birth or she converted to get married to you?
