AS a son you should have equal share.

Hope your father has not left any valid WILL!

And has not debarred you from any share in WILL?

It is believed that your father and all legal heirs are Hindu?

Confirm!

You have share in the property that is intestate.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 23 December 2016
You have share in the property.

If no amicable solution possible, even after taking help from friends and relatives, file case of partition for all properties including sold out properties if you have not signed sale deed.

1. Why do you use SMS language, what do you save?
2. Why do you remain "anonymous" mentioning your name as "youngbro"?
3. Why to repeat same query? If you are not satisfied with response from experts on this platform FREE OF COST, consult a local prudent lawyer.
4. You did not bother to reply valid and relevant question qua execution of a "will" left by your deceased father.
5. No reply.
6. Treat this query as closed.
