Can one member of co.op.hsg.soc.can stop redevelopment

If one member of co.op.hsg.soc. feels that there is injustice to him thru redevelopment of soc. as mc & rdc avoid his feelings and to solve his query can he stop redevelopment process after all other members of soc.has signed da if yes then kindly give me proper guidance...how to go thru legal proceedings against mc and developer

Th legal grievance of such member should be removed by all. Even though majority of members prevail but it shall be better to go hsnd in hand with all members because the matter is common.

If your problem is legally justified, you can get the remedy through court of law. If not, majority decision would prevail, if that is in the common interest of majority of the members. In that case you may have to compromise with your individual interest, as against the common interest of the society members.
