sir i want to mortgage personal inam land in karnataka what are the legal obligation that i should take care off please advice

you have not stated the nature of personal inam. if it is an absolute and unconditional inam you can morrgage it. if it on some conditions we have to know those cnditions before giving opinion. this is because there are conditional inams which prohibit the mortgage or sale of the inam land for a particular period of time.
