Can wife stop argument proceedings for aditional evidences

wife has applied to d.j. for file transfer with statement of she yet to witnessed fully, where as the witness of wife was gone total three days and thereafter husband was witnessed and thereafter the matter put for argument stage but wife suddenly applied to change lawyer and the applied to change the court within the same city when jmfc has charged her Rs. 2000/ compensatory cost for delaying matter.
sir,
pls guide can she apply for such kind of subjects for change of lawyer, change of court and she is not witnessed fully?

your wife has right to change her lawyer .her application for change of court may not be granted as it appears to be dilatory tactics to avoid trial
