Can a doctor's medical licence be canceled if he is accused of aexual harrassment? Is yes, what is the procedure to get that done?

No, licence of a doctor can not be suspended /cancelled for any sexual harassment complaint.

Sexual involvement with a patient affects or obscures the physician's medical judgment and is inevitably harmful to the patient. Accordingly, sexual relationships between patients and physicians are uniformly considered unethical and a form of professional misconduct.
A lawsuit for sexual abuse, sexual harassment, or sexual assault by doctors is a personal injury claim. It can be filed against the doctor, as well as the doctor's employer. ... The lawsuit often happens during or after criminal charges against the doctor.
Women can still file police complaints under the Indian Penal Code dealing with sexual harassment or assault. But unlike a criminal case that could drag on for years, the complaints committees are expected to offer quick and effective remedy.
