mother has registered at his will not gift whether she can cancell her property and get back to herself by giving 75,000 rs back to his children

Your query is not clear, as understood by me that your mother has registered her will and not gift. She can cancel the will anytime and there is no necessity of paying Rs.75,000/- to her children for the same.
