Canopy over the parking blocks our view...

In our residential building one of the members have fixed up a permanent canopy over it's open parking...is it legal ?
It's completely blocking our view to the ground...As mentioned in my previous question..our society is totally dominated by managing committee because there are only 6 members actually staying in the 11 floored building....
Tuition is allowed to be conducted in society office to one of the members in the society and students are not from our society.
Secretary is following and allowing all these unusual & unlawful practices..
whom to approach and what course of action should be taken immediately....
I am a mumbai resident...

I would just send few photos to make you realize what kind of canopy is it....
it is 35 feet long and 15 feet wide...

just check the attachments....
