Cant transfer

my wife leaving in gujarat and i am leving in maharashtra she has filed 498 agaisnt me year,2010 mutual divorce decree year2011 now maitenace for child and her case running in gujrat i have to attend 2 times on the every month how can i tranfer this case in Maharashta or any relief as she is more qualified then me and only want to harassed me 3-4 case are running againt me what to do ?

case wont be transferred to maharashtra . convenience of wife is taken into account as she would have to travel for long distances for the case . if you so desire you can move application before SC for transfer
