Case between two lawyers

We have appointed a lawyer in a case of IPC 498a, 34, 406,HMA-24. Again one more lawyer was appointed by us into same case by giving each of them 2-2 cases in the same court. But one lawyer is saying that he would not discuss his 2 cases with second lawyer.If there is contradiction into case history of these lawyer what would be the impact on another cases or we have to give all the cases to one lawyer only. please advise me.

Normally it is better to give one lawyer, if the two lawyers do not consult each other. If the two lawyers conduct the cases in their own way, you are likely to suffer.

It is not the question of one or two lawyers but of the contradictory statements or stands.
If a uniform stand is taken in all the cases then there is no problem, but you have to be a bit vigilant.

withdraw the files from one lawyer and assign it to other, otherwise you shall be in great trouble.

Don't make "DO MULLAON MEI MURGI HARAM" in panic. Rely on one lawyer, whom you consider more helpful to you. Otherwise, possibility of losing the case cannot be overruled in spite of payment of hefty fee to two lawyers.

Most of the parties make mistake of blaming advocates for all the ills of legal system.
Please note that there is no perfect method to evaluate a lawyer. First make enquires and after you have appointed some body keep faith and be ready to accept the results.

Yes. If you appoint two advocates mean its too weak for your case. At the time of trial if they made any contradictions mean its will be favour to your other side.. So just avoid it.
