i m student passed 12 class from cbse board examination. i want to change my surname from 10 and 12 board marksheet from thakur to chadar. so that i can get kota in iit jee engineering exam.

- how can i change surname from my marksheet and what documents will be required to make this change ???????????????

First of all you have to get a declaration from a civil court that you are chadar and not thakur. Then only you can seek a change.
