The person who have signed on the copy application form can collect it.
Have signed or your lawyer, the registered clerk of your lawyer can also collect it.
Hardly a lawyer with cleark ever goes to collect copies.
Chanchal Nag Chowdhury (Expert) 02 February 2012
If it is a judgment for final disposal of a case, anyone has the right to collect the certified copy but if it is an interim judgment, most courts allow only the lawyers for the parties to take the certified copy.
