Change of father's name spelt in cbse certificates

sir,
I am M Sreenivasa Moorthy and ex-serviceman presently working for State Bank of India at Bangalore. My son M Sreekanth aged 24yrs completed B.Tech from MVIT, belgaum. In his 10th and 12th certificates(marks memorandum etc) my name as he has given to the school office at that time for registering with CBSE New Delhi as M S Murthy. In degree asper registration at the time B Tech name mentioned as M Sreenivasa Moorthy. how to change names in his 10th and 12th certificates.
Please guide me.

Dear Client,
You can apply for change of your name as per your son's records in his B.
Tech, to District Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate/executive magistrate BY submitting an application for correction of your name in your son's School records(CBSE) and he would issue a CERTIFICATE AFTER DUE INQUIRY AS HE THINKS FIT in accordance with your request for changing your name to M.Sreenivas Murthy and not M.S.Murthy as stated in your son's school records.This has to be attested by a Gazetted Officer as witness. Subsequently you submit another application attaching the memorandum issued by the 'District Magistrate to the Director, State Government Printing Press and Stationary along with the requisite fee for publication of a Private information in the Official Gazette as TO CHANGE OF YOUR NAME AS M.SREENIVAS MURTHY in your son's school records. Once this is published in the State Government official Gazette, you take a Gazette copy from the Government Printing press and stationary and SUBMIT THIS TO CBSE Authorities AND GET A CORRECTION CERTIFICATE4 FROM THEM THAT THEY WOULD RECOGNIZE YOU AS Mr.SREENIVASA MURTTHY AS FATHER OF YOUR SON/THEIR STUDENT AND NOT AS M.S, MURTHY and it was mistakenly entered as M.S..Murthy in your son's school records. Or meet the Dist Educational officer/inspector of Schools AND FIND OUT TH PROCEDURE.
