I have purchased an agriculture land in mysore,Karnataka, way back in 24 years back till now i have not changed the khatha in my favour, can any one please suggest me citation (case Law)for change of khatha by the Revenue department. from the date of purchase I am in enjoyment of the property.

You need not any judgment rather to go to the office of Talathi and file a petition for entering mutation in your name failing hwich file an appeal and lastly to go High Court in refused by revenue officials as this is your right.

You have already wasted 24 years to move from your house to the office of Talathi so dont waste more time is just obtaining the opinions and judgments.

Mr Raj Kumar Makkad thanks for your good advice,,, I did`t waste my time sitting in home at age of 21 odd years I purcahse this proeprtyy with my own earning... on that time I was unaware of these law and I was busy in other work and resposiblitity..
Yes you are right I shoulh have been done it at when I purchased it...
