Sir, i want to know that what procedure to change surname in my all documents. like 10th , 12th, graduate certificate & other legal documents.

Get an affidavit notarised and published in 2 national newspapers (one in English and other in local language)then submit the same for publication in the (state) gazzattee. Seek professional service of a local lawyer.
