dear sir,
i wanted to conform ,
is there will be any problem need to face if i will lodge FIR against my case ?
bcoz i am little worry if POLICE will ask to me why i given money for government jobs to my friend? bcoz this is also against law to give money to any one for this kind of activity ???
that time what should we need to do.??
Note - i did all payment through Deposit in Bank and Cheque

illegal agreement are not valid under law, then u can sue for repayment, consult ur local advocate with all documents

Litigants both are illegal mean court and law will be favour to who are failed to act aginst law.. Its not written law. But nu suggestion..

No it is not a simple case of cheating.
It is a case of trying to gain entry in Govt job though not being eligible/suitable by bribe.
You were probably very much sure that you will not get any Govt job (may be not eligible or suitable or not competitive) and found a so called tout he promised you to purchase a job. Your contract ab-initio was invalid.
Further you committed a crime under PC Act.
You have no way to get the money.
