dear exerts,
i hav a query wt case shall i file child visitation or custody?
i filed divorve case on desertion and wife filed hma24,she dont like to give divorce her intention is to get money frm me and dragging d case.my daughter is 5yrs i want to fie case for my daughter but confused wt to file,sm1 told me i ll nt get custody since i m Working in military.

You will get visitation rights for sure and hence you should file an application u/s 26 of the HMA in the present suit.

How many threads you have opened ojn the subject.
You are opening one thread or the other and giving half facts on one thread and half on other thread.
When you have decided to seek advise then what prevents you from giving all facts on one threads so that experts do not have to hunt for the facts here and there..
There is a need to realise that the experts here are giving advise FREE OF COST using their own electricity, net connection and precious time. By such like riddling queries you are displaying little regard for them.
