Chnage in owner's name in the sale deed.

We had bought a property from a builder recently 2012. The builder gave us the property document haveing 4 owner of a land and gave the power of attorney document with them those of 2008. Accordingly we have made a sale deed. There we had mentioned we will be the owner of the said flat. and builder and land owner has the all previllage to sale the flat, all the document is valid till date.
Now we got to know that one of the land owner had died on 2009. he has his wife and one son and one doughter. Also got to know builder had a power of atorney with them also. But builder havsn't gave us the document during the property registration. Now he gave us those document.
Now please inform me what should be the course of action now?
1. can we add the name of those children and wife of the dead land owner. and then how to do this process and what will be the procedure.

ask the builder to execute deed of rectification . since one of co owners had died in 2008 builder ought to have taken necessary precautions before entering into sale deed with buyers .
actually you need to contact a local lawyer . let him go trhough the complete papers of case .
if you have spet so much money on buying property pay some legal fees too to protect your intersts

We didn't know about the fact that the father was died before the registration.
