I am selling 1BHK flat in Koparkhairane the society is formed the buyer is taking a loan from a private bank. Please advice how to get a CIDCO noc like what documents are need and what will be CIDCO the transfer fee,Myself and the buyer wants to complete the procedure as required by the law. Because this is the condition put by the banker. Else the seller will have to give an undertaking in a stamp paper to the banker that the seller will keep the bank fully indemnified from or against any loss, damage or risk that might arise.

you have purchased flat from CIDCO . does it mention that for sale of flat NOC from CIdco is necessary ?
if society is formed then you can sell the flat . generally transfer charges are Rs 25,000 for transfer of flat . it is charged by society not CIdco .
apply for Noc from your society first . i presume you have paid maintenance bills till date . then you wont have problems in selling your flat .

CIDCO NOC is not required. For transfer, get in touch with the Secretary of your society and ask from him about the formalities for this purpose.
